Whether you provide a service or offer a product. Knowing how to keep yourself current and progressively competitive is essential in today’s business climate. According to Merriam’s Dictionary online, Mastery means: skill or knowledge that makes one master of a subject. If you haven’t heard it before, professional have more price control and tend to have more clients because they “specialize” in a specific area. Today, we’re going to focus on how you can become a master or professional in your business or industry. The tips are easy to remember because I have created an acronym that will make it easier for reference ib the following future.

Are these your top sellers because of your marketing, skill, charisma or are you just as badass and they come to you because they know it too. Go deeper into you sales and marketing process and see how your sales are made. Do you have a great conversation. Are your current clients giving you word of mouth referrals, etc. Once you have identified that you are ready to go. Apply that same technique and style for your least popular service or product over the next two to three weeks with enthusiasm. It will be quite the challenge initially, as you are you to talking about and upselling the best of what you have to offer your customer base.

Add a reward – Since it will start off as a pretty daunting task focusing on your consumers least favorite purchase you definitely have to add an incentive for yourself when you do make a sale of schedule another appointment. Make your reward a shameless effort to Pat yourself on the back for doing your own dirty work. And no, it does not have to be professional or business related. The whole point in adding a reward is to stop and celebrate the wind you have as a business owner. Start today – Now here the hardest part. We all read great articles and attend stellar seminars on business topics. However, when we finish business seems to get in the way and then time becomes less and less noticeable and we have gain more knowledge and haven’t put it to work. So, start now for sure.
