Well that's an understatement, because you got to have a few hustle and determination skills to stay in business and continue to keep clientele and revenue. But, what do you do when you've completed your marketing campaign, signed up for a weekly post on your social media business page, cooked and or prepared meals for your household and binge watched all the seasons of your favorite show or movie night? Well here's an idea, exercise, meditate, learn OR pick up a book. According to healthline, "Reading books benefits both your physical and mental health, and those benefits can last a lifetime. They begin in early childhood and continue through the senior years."
Most children in school ages 11 and up tend to have assigned literature through their classes and most public libraries have a son of reading program that given incentive for children under the age of 18 after they complete a certain number of books if you don't know already tap into the genre of your choice while you're purchasing theirs at your local Barnes & Noble tattoo cover or online from Amazon which has an awesome but awesome brows tab that you can go to and get information on what's most recent and the latest releases. A few great business books to look into are "Think and Grow" Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Go Giver, Extreme Ownership and Daymond John, Adam Marco and Suze Orman are some more good authors that can keep your interest possibly.
If you're more entrepreneur and direct client focus she might appreciate more literature on philosophy or the theology of business. Some great authors are Robert Kawasaki Oprah Miguel Ruiz and I'm sure there are many others listed on google. Ask for novels the urban Renaissance collection has a great contemporary selection for most ages. Also there are a host of authors that have multiple novels in a genre that I'm sure will suit your fancy. So take the time and sharpen your mind so you don't lose it or look up one day and wish you did more for yourself.
