According to wikipedia, writing is, "a medium of human communication that involves the representation of a language through a system of physically inscribed, mechanically transferred, or digitally represented symbols." As a complex PTSD survivor and a theater arts lover; writing has forever been my best friend. I began my writing journey by waking up every morning writing my daily gratitude journal about things that I appreciated in my day-to-day life.Overtime I have advanced to become a professional copyright and blogger on business, finance, accounting and Reporting. I thought this was a great opportunity to submit my perspective on the reason why I choose to write. Traditionally, I write to cope with the things that I cannot change and adapt to the changes that are out of my control.\Which in today's time with the covid-19 stay-at-home rules and learning how to spend the holidays by myself has become not only a lifestyle but a new way to see the world. I write with passion for the thoughts that I am expressing and any given subject or opportunity that I've been presented with. Which varies from blog opportunities and personal experiences to fiction and nonfiction topics that are appealing to various audiences. I like to write an outline so I can plan out what my writing style is going to be. My favorite writing style is a third person point of view because it seems to be the most successful and it is the APA format style that I learned in college. I like to study and research my writing topics and ensure that I cover as much basis as humanly possible answers. I always use current events as a point of reference to connect with a broader audience. In my opinion, writing is a universal form of communication; though it varies in language it can serve as knowledge, insight, intellectual connection and understanding amongst people of all ages, races, background and socioeconomic standing. It can be used as a way to bring facts and wisdom to all and they can always be an outlet and a portal for connection and communication amongst people who agree.
